Two US Flag retirement boxes have been in stalled at the Schererville Community Center and in the Schererville Town Hall lobby. Flags deposited here will be retired with dignity and respect courtesy of local Boy Scout Troop 532.
The boxes were created as part of an Eagle Scout Project by Scout Liam Staley. On June 12, 2024, the Schererville Town Council awarded Staley a certificate of recognition for all of his hard work.
