Chief David Dowling and the Schererville Board of Safety are pleased to announce that the Schererville Police Department will be hosting Women's Self Defense courses throughout the year.
For the first hour, participants will be in a classroom setting. For the latter part of the class, participants will be asked to perform defensive movements on a wrestling mat in the police department’s exercise room, so please dress appropriately.
Courses will be held on August 7, 2017 from 6pm - 9pm. The participants must be 18 years of age. Check back soon with the Police Department for applications.
