Community Center

The Community Center has a comprehensive packet going over the process, price, and description of all the space available.

Non-Refundable Reservation Fee: Payment of a fee of $100 or the full amount due (including security deposit and rental fee), whichever is less, is required to reserve any room.

Non-Refundable Final Payment: The full balance due (including security deposit and rental fee) is due 90 days prior to scheduled event and is NON-REFUNDABLE. If the balance due is not deposited 90 days prior to event, the Reservation Fee will be forfeited and the room will be made available to others without notice to the holder of the reservation.

Security/Cleaning Deposit: A security deposit equivalent to $50 for each hour reserved is required with final payment and will be returned to the user upon satisfactory return of the facility, according to the written policy of the Parks&Recreation Department, which will be provided at the time the reservation is made.
