Dog Park Membership: Members must purchase a permit each calendar year at the Schererville Community Center, 500 E. Joliet Street. Memberships run on a calendar year basis (January 1 through December 31). Proof of current vaccinations is required. Rabies, DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus). Bordetella is not mandatory but is strongly recommended.
- Annual Membership for Schererville Residents: $60 – one dog; $15 each additional dog
- Annual Non-Resident Membership: $100 – one dog; $25 each additional dog
- Replacement card: $10 if card is lost or damaged
- Park Hours: 8:30 a.m. to Dusk
- Weight Regulations: Dogs 26 lbs and larger must use the large run area. Dogs less than 26 lbs are required to use the small dog area

Notary Public: Clerks are available to notarize your documents, at no charge. Please bring in a photo I.D. and DO NOT SIGN the documents ahead of time. Documents to be notarized MUST be signed in the presence of the Notary.
Pavilion Rentals: Pavilions are available to rent for family parties and work/school events. Call our office to see if the day you would like to reserve is available. Your date is not reserved until you fill out a Shelter Permit and pay at the Clerk-Treasurer’s Office. Click here to see rental fees
Police/Code Enforcement Citations: Citations need to be paid in the Schererville Town Court. Their hours are Monday – Thursday, 9:00am – 4:00pm.
Program/Activity Registration: Register for Park programs/activities/trips in our office or register via our online catalog.
Stamps: The Clerk-Treasurer’s Office sells Stamps. A book of Stamps costs $13.60. We accept cash, check, or credit card as payment.
