The Schererville Police Department responded to 4 burglaries that occurred on March 4th, 2016.

In all four burglaries a rear door to the residence had been forced open.  Several items, including jewelry and 2 firearms were taken.  All 4 burglaries occurred sometime during daylight hours and occurred on the east side of town.
