Update: Road will be milled on Saturday Sept. 17th. There will be flaggers to direct traffic. Barricades will be set up to slow traffic at each end of roadway. Drivers encouraged to seek alternate routes.
Road work beginning on 85th Ave. starting September 19th. Details below:
Milestone will be performing construction operations on W. 85th Avenue between Alexander Street and 300 feet east of Lake Hills Drive
The project is expected to last 30 days. Additional days may be required if inclement weather or unforeseen conditions are encountered. We will do our best to keep you informed of any major changes to the schedule.
There will be a road closure during some of the work. Residents that are only able to access their property from W. 85th Avenue will be allowed entry, but may have to wait several minutes depending upon work being performed. All other traffic will be detoured.
During Full Depth Reclamation, traffic may be required to stay off the pavement for several hours.
