Notice of Road Closure
Where: Joliet St. Between Cline Ave. and Austin Ave.
When: Tuesday July 6, 2021 - Friday July 9, 2021
Purpose: Water Repairs
Schafer Drive is scheduled for water main replacement between Joliet St. and Wilhelm St. During the water main work it is necessary to close Joliet Street at Schafer to tie the new water main into the existing. Therefore, Joliet St. will be closed from Cline Ave. to Austin Ave.
Local traffic east of Schafer Dr. will be able to utilize Cline Ave. for access & local traffic west of Schafer Dr. will be able to utilize Austin Ave. for access.
The road closure is scheduled to start Tuesday July 6, 2021 at 7am and be completed by Friday July 9, 2021 at 3:30pm.
Utilizing alternate roadways is encouraged during this infrastructure improvement.
All traffic is encouraged to plan ahead in using alternate roadways to avoid the work zone and closure areas whenever possible.
