Notice
The Town of Schererville is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with the Kennedy Avenue Phase 1 improvements. Phase 1 will construct a railroad overpass along Kennedy Avenue over the Canadian National and Norfolk Southern railways between Division Street and Scherland Drive. Run-off from the project site will discharge to an unnamed tributary of Cady Marsh Ditch (a/k/a Spring Street Legal Drain).
