Monday, November 25th, 2019, from 6pm to 8:30pm, there will be a FREE adult women's self defense class at 25 East Joliet Street; Schererville training facility/town court.
Participants can sign up Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm at the Schererville police department at 25 East Joliet Street to be placed on the roster. Those that cannot go to the police station during the week may contact Officer Adam Biella via email at Abiella@schererville.org at anytime to be placed on the roster as well.
Any adult women are welcome regardless of residency!
•Participants will learn about surroundings and their awareness levels.
•Certified Indiana law enforcement training board physical tactics instructors will be present for assistance in techniques to include:
Choke defense, hair pull defense, strikes and kicks, law questions & more throughout the evening.
