There will be a Board of Safety meeting at 7PM at the Schererville Police Department, in the Town Court (25 East Joliet Street, Schererville, Indiana 46375).

Meetings are the first Thursday of every month.

The Schererville Board of Safety will hold a Closed Executive Session, Study Session and Regular Meeting on Thursday, April 2, 2020

The Closed Executive Session, at 6:30 PM will be held in the Meeting and Training Facility Room, 25 East Joliet Street, Schererville, Indiana.

The Study Session Meeting, at 6:45 PM will be held in the Meeting and Training Facility Room, 25 East Joliet Street, Schererville, Indiana.

The Regular Meeting, at 7:00 PM will be held in the Meeting and Training Facility Room, 25 East Joliet Street, Schererville, Indiana.

In accordance with the Governor's Executive order relating to COVID-19, in person attendance of tonight’s Board of Safety meeting will be limited.

We have arranged a live stream of the meeting so those interested can view it from home. The meeting is slated to start at 7 pm. You can view the meeting via our Youtube account, found here:

We have also set up a voicemail account to provide the public with an opportunity to call and leave questions or comments for the Board to address prior to the start of the meeting.

To leave a voicemail message for tonight’s meeting, please call 219-322-2211 extension 1333 and leave us your name, phone number, address, and a short message. A staff member will try to relay messages to the Board of Safety during the meeting.
