Notice of Road Closure
Where: Austin Avenue & US Highway 30 Intersection – Circle K Building Corner
When: Monday, August 21, 2017 – Friday, August 25, 2017
Purpose: Expansion of Austin North-Bound Lane
Austin Avenue and US Highway 30 will have restrictions from approximately 7am Monday August 21 through 3pm Friday August 25. Work is anticipated to finish by the end of the work day on Friday.
Austin Ave. north-bound lane north of the intersection will be closed, traffic will be diverted into the southbound left turn lane. US 30 west-bound right turn lane at will also be closed at and near the intersection.
Austin Ave. south-bound left turn lane will be diverted to the southbound through lane. Left turns from south-bound Austin Ave. to eastbound US 30 will not be permitted.
There will be road closure and men working signs well in advance of the closed lanes.
All traffic is encouraged to plan ahead in using alternate roadways to avoid the work zone and closure areas whenever possible.
