Applications can be obtained at the Schererville Town Hall, Administration Office, 10 E. Joliet Street, Schererville, Indiana between the Hours of 7:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday or click here to download the application.
Applications must be returned to the Administration Office on or before Friday, December 13, 2024.
